Can "later to be known as." be used to predict future from the Past?

It was the loss of revenue from declines in tourism that in 1935 led the Saudi authorities granting a concession for oil exploration to the company that would later be known by the name of Aramco.
(A) authorities granting a concession for oil exploration to the company that would later be known by the name of
(B) authorities granting a concession for oil exploration to the company later to be known as named
(C) authorities granting a concession for oil exploration to the company that would later be known by the name of
(D) authorities to grant a concession for oil exploration to the company that later will be known as being
(E) authorities to grant a concession for oil exploration to the company later to be known as

The options seem incomplete
still quickly
led the Saudi authorities to grant a consession appears better option than granting a concession
so A B C can be overlooked.
between D and E . In D being at the end is it a typo ?
E is more consise.

In this particular problem... the POE works better.

You can elominate A, B andf C based on "to grant" that is needed.
"D" can then be eliminated as "known as being" is redundant.

hence the Answer "E".

I don't like the construction marked in red, E was my initial answer and then i picked A, since "that would later be known by the name of" seemed better. but in hindsight, construction in A is wordy. E it is. (parallelism, led....grant....)

B)SAME PROBLEM AS IN a
C)same as a
d)later will be known as being.........is an incorrect phrase
e) only suits the bill
