Guys,

In proper English Grammar, 1 sentence is incorrect and 2nd is correct I would like to know if GMAT follows same rule as well and Is it alright to eliminate the choice ,if any, on the basis of below rule?

1.Main Clause + , + Subordinate Clause

2. Subordinate Clause + , + Main Clause
