retake the course

by TheRekz » Mon Jan 18, 2010 8:56 pm
I was enrolled in a live online course which ends in November 2009 before thanksgiving. I took the GMAT and I scored even lower than the diagnostic test, is it possible for me to retake the class again?

Hi,

you should be able to take advantage of the Satisfaction (i.e. you're not happy with your score) portion of the Higher Score Guarantee to do a free repeat of the course, as long as you kept up with the homework and attended the classes.

Call our 800 number (1-800-KAP-TEST) if you don't have your instructor's or a student advisor's contact information and the person to whom you speak should be able to re-enrol you.

You have 90 days from the expiry of your materials to claim the Higher Score Guarantee, so you're still eligible.

I'd still call ASAP (you need to request a repeat within 90 days of the expiry of your resources); even if you haven't completely all of the required assignments, we'll likely allow you to retake the course (it's a decision made on an individual basis, based on your specific circumstances).

You could also contact your teacher directly and ask his or her advice, but do so soon!

I have called and they said they wouldn't allow me to retake the course because I didn't fulfill the requirement. This sucks
