I'm looking for a testbank of questions for use on the PC. Basically something where I can specify a number of questions per topic and do a quiz on just that area.
Kaplan has one but you need to be on the internet to use. I'm looking for one that can be just run from the PC without being online. Any ideas?

You are talking about the online question bank. The Kaplan CD that comes with the book has 3 practice sets (I think of 25 or 30 minutes each) for each section i.e. RC, CR, SC, PS, DS. It also has 4 full length tests. Did you try that?
