For these, it helps to think of the number that DOESN'T fit into each category.
75 are married so 25 are not. 85 have phones, so 15 do not.
20 do not have cars, and 30 don't have houses.
So the excluded number from each category is 25, 15, 30, and 20.
Since we want the minimum that doesn't fit into ANY category, we will pretend there is not overlap: 100-(25+15+30+20) = 10
