What is the value of 3^-(x + y) / 3^-(x - y)?

(1) x = 2
(2) y = 3

OA: B

3^-(x + y) / 3^-(x - y)

= 3^[(x-y) - (x+y)] = 3^(-2y)

statement 2 is enough , hence answer B
