Yes, I've made the unfortunate choice of signing up with them. I signed up for the online course and it was a waste of money. It just consisted of them sending me questions and then the answers to the questions. They did not reply to all my emails on questions I had and even when they did, their explanations were curt and unclear. I've sent them a few of my AWA essays for review. It's been more than a month and I have yet to receive feedback on my essays. Their promised telephonic review session just consisted of us going through about 5 randomly selected questions and some guy yelling down the phone at me when I did not know the answer. For my last telephonic review session, I actually did not pick up the phone because I didn't think it would help me at all.
HOWEVER, to be fair, they have helped me in my overall prep in the following ways:
1) Discipline - They send you deadlines by which to complete the work which is good if you are not very disciplined like myself. They expect to you complete something like 80 questions a week. I completed more questions than I would have completed if studying by myself. You must also finish all their assignments to be eligible for their minimum score guarantee.
2) Study Materials - Their study materials are very very comprehensive and they offer a lot of useful techniques. They start you off on hard questions straight away...which was discouraging for me at first as they seemed impossible to do..however, in retrospect, this has really helped me..even the hard questions in OG seemed fairly easy when I got to it. The answer explanations to their questions are also fantastic.
Do note that their study materials are extremely hard to read..font-wise. They squeeze in plenty of words into a page and for some reason, a lot of their words are typed in capital letters. While this may seem like a small issue, it actually makes it very hard to read after about 3 pages or so.
In short, I would recommend that if you are starting to prepare for the GMAT from scratch and would like some good prep materials, their prep materials are excellent. I think you can purchase them seperately. But DO NOT sign up for their class.
