A) if c<5, x rounded of will be ab OR 10a + b
then answer will be 10a + b + 1 - 10a - b = 1..
B) if c> or = 5, x rounded will give ab + 1 OR 10a + b= 1..
then answer will be
10a + b + 1 - 10a - b -1 = 0
lets see the statements now
1) 10a+b and 10c+d are prime numbers less than 50..
we are NOT interested about 10a+b OR 10c+d being a PRIME..
what we are interested is in value of c being < or> 5..
if 10c+d<50.. c has to be <5..
Suff as ans will be 1.. shown above in (A)
2) statement 2 just tells us that d > or = 5..
does not help in finding value of c..
