Perceive as vs perceive to be

Hi there,

Ok - which is it? Perceive as (according to MGMAT online) or is it perceive to be (https://dictionary.cambridge.org/diction ... q=perceive)?

it will be wise to follow MGMAT,as it will be as per GMAT requirements.
perceive as ...to be followed.
