Hi aakash82,

(1) if the number of shirts and sweaters were equal, the mean would be (15+25)/2=20, since the mean is 21 and 21 is greater than 20, that can only be because the number of sweaters is greater than the number of shirts, SUFF.

(2) it provides no enough information, INSUFF.

Answer is A.
X=Shirts and Y=Sweaters
Y>X?
(15X+25Y)/(X+Y)=21
Simplify: 4Y=6X
For this equation to be true, Y has to be greater than X. Sufficient

2) Clearly Insufficient
