How soon do schools get the scores?

by shadowsjc » Wed Aug 19, 2009 9:56 am
Hello,

not sure if this is the correct subforum for this question, but how soon after you take the GMAT do the schools receive the test? If the deadline for a school is Nov 1st, and I take the test 3 weeks before that, is that enough time for the scores to count for this deadline?

Dear shadowsjc,

Schools usually receive the official score report about 3 weeks after your test date. Your score will probably make it by the deadline if you take it at least 3 weeks in advance, but there are no guarantees. I would suggest you ask the school directly to make sure you don't need to try and reschedule your test for earlier.

Good luck,
Lisa
