Please post the correct question.

Stmt I)

n(n+2) = 15
n^2+2n-15=0

n=-5 n=3

2 different solutions

INSUFF

Stmt II

(n+2)^n = 125

n has to be 3 for the above to be true.

SUFF

Im not getting any answer.

St 1 will give 2 values for n, 3 and -5
St 2 won't give you any integers as n , which is kind of going against what is given in the question. So I guess you have made a typo in option B.

Can you double check the question???

Thanks for the correction cramya

Ok if option B is (n-2)^n = 125

(n-2)n = 5^3
n=3

Answer is B.
