GMAT tests this concepts in high level geometry questions:

If two lines are perpendicular to each other, the product of their slopes is : -1

In this question we have two lines:

y= -1/sqrt(3) X

y=sqrt(3) X

so for s=X, t=sqrt(3)x

Distance (s,t) to (0,0) = Radius = 2

4x^2=4

X=1
