On both the right side and the left side the numerator is 1.

So the denominators of the two sides have to match also.

How many 5's are included in the prime factors of the denominator on the right side?

Since both sides should be the same, we start with

1/5 * 1/2 = 1/(2*10)

then we clean up:

1/(5 * 2) = 1/(2*10)

1/(5 * 2) = 1/(2*(2*5))

1/(5 * 2) = 1/(2 * 5)

so m = 47.
