Hi guys!
I've been a regular reader of beatthegmar forums.. unfortunately just a reader! I was inspired by a few forums earlier in January to prepare for GMAT and after a bit of research on good books for GMAT, I did end up buying the following 3 books:-
Kaplan 800
Princeton Crakc the GMAt
OG 11th edition
To my utter disappointment, I studied each of these books for a few days, after which all of a sudden, I just left studying. I really can't understand why I did that. May be lack of determination. Actually not "may be". It was indeed lack of determination.
But now once again I have decided that I need to pace up and bring up all the determination and want to get done with this GMAT game.
For those who aspire to be one among the 700+ scorers but unfortunately are lazy like me, lets get together and get over and done with this exam ith excellent scores.
the problem is I work full time and now I am at work, Fortunately, inspite of being in s/w field, my work is not too bad. So I think I shuld be able to manage studying atleast 2 hrs after work in the evenings or may be during the morning (need to decide which is easier for me). And weekends around 5 hrs, so this shuld get me atleast 20 hrs, really dont know if its enough. Only my tests will tell how much prep I need.
However, the moral of the story is - I posted in this forum to remind myself that I am gonna be serious about my prep this time and any help in motivating me is welcome
. I am person who really needs lottttt of motivation to get the best out of myself.
So, I'll probably think for a few minutes to decide my plan. and send another post. For people who would like to suggest strategies - pls know tht my verbal (SC,CR,RC) all of it is not good at all. I am an above avg at Math, but who knows how bad GMAt can get???!! Once upon a time i had cracked GRE with a 800/800 but I really donno if both are comparable.
Alright guys, wnough of my stories. Lets get into real action, Coming Soon - My strategy....
