Qn:58 1000 SC

Adult survivors of child abuse traditionally have had little or no chance that they could get their symptoms recognized and treated.

(A) that they could get their symptoms recognized and treated

(B) of getting their symptoms recognized and treated

OA - B. Confused between the above 2 options. Is there some idiom issue with A. Rest were clear eliminations

Many questions in 1000s series have the incorrect the OAs. I doubt the OA for this question. IMO B, because it uses the correct idiom: "chance OF VERBing"
P.S: Even when you ask questions, please hide at least the OA part using spoilers.
