According to the question,

(x+2y+3z)/100=1.5(x+y+z)/100

or

(x+2y+3z)/100 = (1.5x+1.5y+1.5z)/100

The denominator gets cancelled and so by simplifying we get,

0.5x=0.5y+1.5z

Dividing both sides by 0.5 we get,

x=y+3z

So the answer is A
