Let R be radius of circle ans S be side of square

2*pi*R = 4S => R=4S/2pi

Area of Sq = S^2 ----(1)

Area of Circle = pi*(R^2) => pi*16*S^2/(4*Pi*pi) ----(2)

Divide (1)/ by (2)

It comes to pi/4. pi=3.14 almost equal to 3

so ans is 3/4
