Sequenque question

67. A Farey sequence of order n is the sequence of fractions
between 0 and 1 which, when in lowest terms, have
denominators less than or equal to n, arranged in order of
increasing size. For example, the Farey sequence of order
3 is: {0, 1/3 , 1/2 , 2/3 , 1}. Is sequence S a Farey sequence?
(1) Sequence S has fewer than 10 elements.
(2) The second element of sequence S is 1

I'm not too crazy about this question.

First of all, if a GMAT question gives you a range of values in which the end points are included, then it will feature the word, "inclusive," as in "the sequence of fractions between 0 and 1 inclusive."
A Farey sequence includes 0 and 1, so we need "inclusive"

Second, I think you missed part of the question when you transcribed it. Judging from other postings, it looks like statement 2, should read, "The second element of sequence S is 1/5

Having said all of that, Anurag has a nice solution here: https://www.beatthegmat.com/ds-t113388.html

Cheers,
