I'm sorry the figure is corrupt but it shows as it is on my paper.... but hopefully someone could still help me...

IMO 12

Suppose there are x cards in the stack.

Probability of both cards to be blue = (9/x)*(8/(x-1)) = 6/11

Solving the above eq

x(x-1)=12*11

x=12 ANS
