OR .17 x 1.2=.204 .17x1.6=.272

Diff is .068

.132-.068=.064.

So 64Mil.

This is easy when you understand whats being asked. Do analyze where you went wrong.

What is asked : 33% (0.4 billion) - 17% (0.4 Billion)
= 16% (0.4 billion)
= 64 Million.
