Im sort of leaning towards E. I think we need another piece of informtion. Seems that we would ahve to assume that 40 like BS and 80 dislike BS... can you explain?

dislike lima = 2/3
like lima = 1/3

of ppl who dislike lima 3/5 dislike sprouts
so ppl who dislike lima nd dislike sprouts = 2/3 * 3/5 = 2 / 5
and
also
ppl who dislike lima 3/5 dislike sprouts
so ppl who like sprout will be 2/5 of ppl who dislike lima

that is
so ppl who dislike lima nd likes sprouts = 2/3 * 2/5 = 4 / 15

now we need to find 4/15 of total ppl

A sufficient

B:
40 like lima
ppl who dislike lima are 2/3 or total
so ppl who like lima = 1/3
if 1/3 is 40 => total will be 120
so B also suff

Hope this helps!!
