To easily solve this question, draw a vertical line downward from h and horizontal line leftward from w. The newly drawn lines should intersect in one point. At that point, the angle is 90 degrees so you get a right triangle.

Taking into consideration that the triangle is not only right but also isosceles (because of the 2 x angles), we can conclude that 2+w=3+h

If you plug-in a number for the side (let's say one side is 10) you get:

2+w=10 and
3+h=10

Therefore, w>h
