Should be A

slope of the line = 2

y2 - y1 / x2 - x1 = 2

q + c - q / p - 2 - p = 2

c = -4

You could also do this way
Q=2p+5

Q+c=2(p-2)+5

2p+5+c=2p-4+5
5+c=1
C=-4

plug in numbers( yeah I love plugging numbers)

y=2x+5, x=0,y=5
now put x=-2
y=2*-2+5=1
5+c=1,c=-4
The powers of two are bloody impolite!!

delta Y = delta X * slope = -2 * 2 = -4
