For 9, the sides have to be 2, 5, 2; 2 + 2 not > 5 - not possible.

For 15, sides are 2, 5, 8; 2 + 5 not > 8 - not possible

For 19, sides are 2, 5, 12; Again 2 + 5 not > 12 - not possible.

Is it A ?

So, the sum of the 2 shorter sides has to > the longer side? Correct?
