Please Explain the attached question.

How can we determine that a right angles triangle has the maximim area.

Hmm, not sure how we can explain this without involving trigonometry

If triangle has sides a and b and x is the angle between the 2 sides,
the area is given by

A = 1/2*ab*sin(x)

Now, area is maximum when sin(x) is max. sin(x) is max when x = 90
degress.

So, it has to be a right angle triangle.

So, 3rd side is sqrt(25+64) = sqrt(89)
