(A) 2X-2Y = 1
X-Y = 1/2
X=Y+1/2
This means X>Y

(b) X/Y>1
means both x and y are +ve or both x and y are -ve
X>Y if y>0 and x>0
X<Y if y<0 and x<0

from both A and B we know that Y>0 and X>0

Hence the answer should be C
