Doctors without borders is a private organisation that arranged medical treatment in foregin lands particularly in nations with an endemic outbreaks of disease,states at war and in poverty stricken countries

A states at war and in poverty stricken countries
Bstates at war and in countries that are poverty stricken countries
Cby visiting states at war and helping poverty-stricken countries
Din states at war and in poverty stricken countries
Estates at war and with poverty stricken countries

Parallelism is tested here. "in nations , in states,in poverty.-stricken countries....makes parallelism.

A.parallelism issue. followin statement would have been correct "states at war and poverty stricken countries "
B. countries usage twice is redundant
C. non underlined portion says arranged. use of visiting and helping adds additional info and changes meaning
D. correct answer

What is the OA of this question? I guess D is correct. However, let's owner revel the answer.

I have a doubt ...Had an option been

in states at war and in countries with major poor population.

Would it follow parallelism more than (D) does?
