HI, Guys, could you please tell me what's wrong with this sentence


Not all employment selection mechanisms that have a “disparate effect,” that is, that screen out a percentage of minorities or women disproportionate with their presence in the relevant labor market, are unlawful.

This is the correct way of stating this sentence...


Not all employment selection mechanisms that have a "disparate effect," that is, that screen out a disproportionate percentage of minorities or women to their presence in the relevant labor market. are unlawful.

disproportionate to - correct idiom
