Of course I have to be the first applicant nervous and impatient enough to post!

Buut... does anyone know of any Round 2 interview invites yet for UCLA Anderson (class of 2013)? I've heard the interviews arrive via email and read at least one post from an Anderson FEMBA applicant who said he was invited for an interview the same day he submitted his app, which also happened to be the last day to apply for that round... clearly the schools reach out immediately to their "star applicants".

I applied Jan 5th, 2011 to make the Round 2 deadline and the waiting is the worst part.

Hey Pete,

I understand your impatience with the waiting process...I am in the same boat so I relate 100% :) I applied on Jan 5th for the R2 deadline as well and have not heard anything back yet. I hope that knowing that will help you feel a bit better, at least.

Good luck, and let me know when you hear anything...I will make sure to do the same.

Cheers,
dana

Thanks for the reply! It does feel better to know someone else is in the same boat. I've found good (but sporadic) updates for all the schools here: https://www.clearadmit.com/wiki/index.ph ... =Main_Page

You've probably already seen it and know that it's not the most reassuring but any news is helpful for me. Did you apply to any other schools?

I'll post again if I hear any buzz about Anderson.

Good luck to you!

If you got an interview in round 2 you should check out this really good interview guide I found.

https://media.www.harbus.org/media/stora ... 0881.shtml

It's made by current HBS students with their questions and analysis from their actual interviews, and it's only $35. Which compared to the application fee totally seems worth it to me. It says that it is an HBS specific guide, but that's just because of the local info and campus map, etc. I think it servers as awesome prep for any important interview.

Hope everyone is hearing good news! :-D

Well I'm a bit late replying but just got the ding from UCLA. Can't say I'm not disappointed but my GPA was pretty far below their average - 2.95 trending to 3.4 in my last two years.

Hope everyone else is hearing better news.
