length of smaller side = x
length opp wall = 2x
area of rect = l * b = x*2x = 2x^2
2x^2 = 128 = 2*64
x=8 so length opp wall = 16
length of fence = 2(area of smaller side) + area opp wall = 2(8) + 16 = 32
