You have a solid profile, but need to think of how to differentiate. The personal details will be very important, as will your story around why you want your MBA, and your career goals. As you have presented it here, your profile could very easily become lost in the "Indian IT" pile that we discss so much in this forum. So, you need to focus on making your story come alive.
Other things to think about - demonstrating career progression within the 4.5 years at your previous job, expanding your extracurriculars and making them really meaningful, establishing a link between software, banking and future goals.
