As you probably know, the key challenge with the Indian IT applicant profile lies in bringing about a differentiating factor. That said, I think you have made a good list of schools: perhaps underestimating IESE a bit but rest looks fine.

Two things that you would need to focus on: a) Your career goals, and how you justify the need for an MBA for your short-long term vision: currently they are not making a strong enough case for your admission. b) The second MBA question. Most of the candidates go along the lines of "the international MBA will give me a global exposure that the local MBA did not". It is much more important to connect the 2nd MBA with your career goals & also to the specific school in question.

Good Luck!

Can't really suggest schools without fully understanding the profile (& the real, feasible short term goals). I can just say that your strategy for selecting schools is in the right direction. Also I would suggest getting started on the applications now (in case you are still researching) to catch the 2nd round deadlines.

(Since you mentioned about MBA programs anywhere)The location of programs has started assuming much greater importance in the last few years. Do research what kind of career options Indians are getting in a place like Spain (for example) which is looking at a tough market in the near future.

I think you should add Carnegie Mellon (Target). Btw, I think Emory and ESADE are more target schools than reach schools as well.

Good luck,
