Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with 6 years of work ex (2 years of work experience in France), currently working as Assistant Manager in TOP Indian MNC.
GMAT - 660 (Q49, V31) AWA 4/6
Education
Post graduate Diploma in Business Administration - Institute of Management Technology (one year duration- Distance education - completion in 2011)
Graduate Degree: 81% (First Class with Distinction) >> CGPA - 3.6/4 [equivalent]
Others:
Certificate in Project Management - Loyola Institute of Business Administration (3 months duration)
Work Experience - Total 6 years - Career progression as shown below
1 year - Assistant Manager - lead a team of six engineers in Chennai
2 years - Site coordinator (France - Client side) lead a team of 4 engineers - Client interaction - vendor discussion
1.5 years - India offsite Lead - 3 engineers
1.5 years - Team member
Achievements - Involved in starting a New engagement (new client) for L&T - translated to a profit of $50 000 for the year 2009-2010 (4 member team)
Extracurricular
Co started a NGO - with the aim of helping the destitute and protection of environment
Core Team - Team Building exercises organized at center level (Team of 6 organize events for around 500 employees)
Industry Interface in charge in College

What are my chances at the above mentioned schools?
For this profile what sort of US/ UK schools you would advice to apply - My interest is primarily in General Management, Operations, Strategy & Consulting.
Do you think retaking GMAT will increase my chances to gain entry into top colleges?
