Hello there I am new here and my question may sound a little unusual, or strange one may say :Does experience of serving in army reserve as a specialist service officer help in admission? (I have a full time job as civil engineer and work part-timely in army reserve)
I mean, for one thing, the role requires organizing and management surely develops management skills and leadship; but look from the other way life in army can be so different from business world or even normal sociaty, do you think the committee will value that?
Thank you very much.

You should definitely leverage your Army experience. As you mentioned, leadership and organizational skills are key to success in the Army. Those skills will be valued in business school and in any professional environment.
