Hi,

Based on the given information, Kellogg & Ross should be within your reach. You may also target Wharton, Booth, Tuck, Berkeley-Haas, Duke, Yale, Darden, Tepper, Cornell, & McCombs. You must highlight your achievements and skills in your application essays and prepare to face the adcoms that how an MBA from XYZ b-school will help you to achieve your goals, what will you bring to the classroom, how will you contribute to the b-school society and ability to work with others.

Let me know if you require any further assistance. You may PM your details for free profile evaluation and school selection.

Regards
Erina

Don't retake the GMAT. Your score is high enough - retaking it will actually be a negative because beyond a certain threshold it won't really matter and adcoms will question your priorities. B-school admissions isn't a math competition.

With your profile and score, here's where you stand:

Stretch: Kellogg, Booth, Columbia, Tuck, Sloan, Haas. Choose 2-3 from this list. You have enough of a shot that they're worth applying, but even with the strongest applications you'll need a bit of luck on your side. Take a look at Kellogg, Booth, Columbia.

Sweet spot: Ross, Duke, Darden, Stern, Yale, Cornell, UCLA. Choose 3-4 from this list. These range of schools should be your focus where you have more of a reasonable shot of getting into given your background. Since you're focused on consulting, take a look at Ross, Duke, Darden and Yale.

You might also add in more of a safety school like Tepper.

Good luck,

No need to write GMAT again.
The weight-age given to GMAT in b-school(s) is not more than 15%-20%. Therefore, I would suggest you to focus on application essays rather that preparing for GMAT again. Try your chances in b-school(s) by clicking https://goo.gl/onTKu

Let me know if you have further queries.
