Hi,

Thanks for your post. I'm a bit unclear as to why you would like to go into management consulting in pharma when you left that role to start your own company? I think adcom members might be confused by this goal since it is something you have already done in the past.

However, the other aspects of your profile are in good shape. Your academics including GMAT are on par with the schools on your list and your work experience shapes up nicely with your consulting and entrepreneurial experience. I think you can certainly be competitive at the schools on your list. The important thing for you is to be selective in your essay topics so you can stand out in the applicant pool.

Best,

Stacey

Thanks for the reply Stacey.

Just wanted to clarify, I am still working in the MC firm and also have my own start-up consulting alongside.

Regards,
MSR
