Hi,

Thanks for your post. The bright spot in your profile is your work experience. It appears you have solid professional growth and leadership experience to date. You'll want to be sure to use examples from leading your team in your essays for business school. Not many applicants with just 3 years of experience have had a chance to lead a team.

However, there are a couple of weaker areas in your profile mainly your GMAT and extracurricular activities. I strongly suggest retaking your GMAT with a goal of scoring 700+. This will not only boost your profile, but it will also put you on par with your peers in the applicant pool. In regard to your extracurricular activities, while you do have demonstrated involvement in undergrad, it doesn't appear you've done much (if anything) since graduation. This could send a red flag to the adcom. It's a bit too late to add activities now, but perhaps you can highlight some hobbies or other personal interests to boost this area of your profile.

Best,

Stacey
