Hello,
I plan to do my MBA (finance) from top 20 by 2015.
I currently hold a BSc. Hons in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, UK; but the result is not so impressive - 2.2 ie. a lower second class (conversion to CGPA 3.00).
My other qualification permits me to have another graduation by giving me to final year entry so that I need to study just 1(final) year which i am considering only to achieve good grades to enhance my chances in MBA. I have 2 choices:
1) Heriot Watt University BBA : Subjects (Strategic management, accounting, audit, operations management, organizational behavior, HRM etc) slightly better reputed than the second option.
2) Edinburgh Napier Business School (Financial Management): Subjects ( Monetary Policy, Investment Analysis, Financial Decisions, CRM etc) slightly less reputed than the 1st choice.
I would do CFA anyways, therefore seeking advise as to which option to chose from the perspective of adding weight to my MBA application.
Thank You.
