Profile Evaluation

Hi,

I am a 28 years olf male from Canada. Looking to enroll in an MBA for the 2012 intake.

Undergrad: Bachelor in commerce from HEC Montreal. 2.75 average. I started to work full time during my second year and lacked the maturity to handle the workload properly. Last 10 courses of my bachelor, I was able to maintain a 3.5 GPA average.

GMAT: Scored 630 on my first try, but planning to retake it and hope to score at least 670.

Work experience: 7 years at a major international company. Great progression: 4 years as a contractor, 1.5 year as a coordinator and 1.5 years as a capital associate. During the last year I was mostly working on the implementation of a SAP module.

Extra-curricular: Heavily involved in sports. Created 3 different teams and I am the captain of these teams. Active in the provincial association.

Program: I am looking for an MBA program with a strong concentration in either Information System or Corporate Finance.

Also, i am interested in going to either an American, Canadian or European school.

Question: What school would you recommend? What would the best school I could plan to apply?

Thank you

Assuming you achieve your GMAT goal, check out Rochester Simon, Indiana Kelley, and UT Austin, In Europe, look into Oxford Said and Cambridge Judge.

Best,
Linda
