Hi,

First off, I used the Kaplan GMAT Prep course and it was fantastic for me. I'm now intersted in using a consulting service. Kaplan would be great because I would get a student discount and I was very satisfied with the GMAT prep program.

However, I am concerned because it doesn't seem like you would get a chance to speak to your potential consultant until after you register. It would be tough to commit a few thousant dollars to an unknown person. Is there a way we can talk to a consultant before committing?

Although we don't allow people to talk directly with a consultant before signing up, the first 15 minutes with your consultant are free and you are allowed to request a new consultant at that time. Also, the website allows you to review brief bios of our consultants so you can request one whose background relates to your interests.

All of our consultants have outstanding records, but we recognize that individual styles and interests vary and people are able to switch consultants if the match isn't working.

Good luck and I hope you join us.
