Hello,

Your high graduate GPA should help to offset the undergrad grades. Your GMAT score is okay, but not exceptional. Your years' work experience should serve you well, but you will need to show that you are a leader/manager, not just a sole contributor. That is a frequent stumbling block for technical people. Unfortunately your undergrad extracurriculars will not carry much weight this far after graduation.

As I am sure you understand, schools of the caliber of LBS are always difficult to get into. You certainly have a chance, but if you are determined to go to school next year you should consider a broader list of schools.

Good luck,
Tani Wolff
