I'm afraid I don't know what you mean by 15 years of education. Moreover, to adivse on where you might consider applying, I'd need more information, such as undergrad GPA and major, and your type and level of work experience.

Hi Cindy,
By 15 yrs i mean 12 yrs of schoolong and 3 yrs of undergraduation.Most of the undergraduation in India are a 3 year program.I have Bachelor in Computer Applications as my Undergraduation which majors in the Computers.My GPA is 3.5 and im a Gold medalist in it.I have been working in Verizon,India since July 2009.The work is in the IT part.

Hello,
Thank you for the clarification. I think you might apply to top-30 and top-40 level progams in the US. However, you will have to check with each one to ascertain its policy regarding the amount of education reqired, as some accepted the 3 years and some don't.
