Where I think you can really shine is in your post-MBA vision of public sector backed up by prior experience in this field. Consistency of vision will make for a very believable story to adcoms and will set you apart from the typical for-profit applicant. You didn't mention any volunteer or community involvement, but I assume you have some, which would go hand in hand with your area of professional focus. Make sure you spend thoughtful time preparing your application and writing essays that are clear and compelling.
