TOEFL Score and LBS

by forwardS » Sun Mar 14, 2010 2:20 pm
I got a 107 in my toefl test (23 in speaking >< and 28 in each of the rest parts). Should I retake the test before applying to LBS? There is no specific 'cut-off' score reported on the programme's site but I am worried that such a speaking score could compromise my application. What do u think?

Hi,

If you are concerned about your TOEFL score and feel you can do better, then I strongly encourage you to retake it. Keep in mind that while LBS doesn't have a "cut off" score, you are indeed in the range for most top programs that do (such as Stanford 100 and HBS 109+). In the end it comes down to your own personal judgment.

Best,

Stacey
