Thank you all in advance for your responses:

24, caucasian male (likely will apply for fall 2010 admission)

Will have 2 years work experience in an environmental consulting job
-no real means of advancement or raise unfortunately; i don't supervise anyone; did survive multiple rounds of layoffs

GPA 3.54 from Top Liberal Arts school
-Economics and Environmental Studies double major

Expected gmat score of 670+ (From past tests, I'm expecting a higher verbal)
-I'm starting to get worried about the GMAT. How crucial is it to score +700 and have a quant score closely parallel to verbal???

Lots of community service
-Work experience plus volunteering mainly relates to my interest in environmental side of things (volunteer with two local NYC charities)
-Kayaking Long Island Sound and raising +500$ for local charities.
-Coordinated a series of philanthropic get togethers to raise money for charity

Played Club Baseball in college and was the VP, treasurer, and assistant coach throughout the years. Member of University's Real Estate Club and Environmental Club.

LEED Accredited Professional (one of only 4 in my company of over 220, studied diligently for over 2.5 months)

completed a well-regarded educational fellowship - taught over two weekends at top NE biz schools on the relations between biz, society, and env

I'm targeting schools with serious commitments to sustainability in their programs (these are listed somewhat in order of preference, although that certainly may change over the coming months): Berkeley, Yale, UNC, Cornell, Columbia, Michigan, UC Davis

Please evaluate my profile and let me know my chances at these schools!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

Those are top schools and the average amount of work experience for incoming first years is growing to 5+, so you will be in a challenging spot, especially given that your level of achievement and leadership is not there (from what you described). What you have going for you is your chosen industry. Sustainability is hot, and there will be ostensibly fewer people with bonafide experience in that field (good that you are LEED certified by the way). As for GMAT, it's not critical to have a 7 handle on your score, but coupled with lower than average amount of work experinence, you risk having too many red flags if you post a low score. I know it's not good news, but you may run into adcoms passing on you until you get a few more years under your belt and some significant leadership experience. All this could be moot, however if you build a bulletproof case for why now is the right time for you to go back. If you make a compelling case for why you are ready now to make meaningful, sage contributions in class and how working more will not prepare you any better, you could win them over.
