The pros: leadership, good career progression, clarity of post-MBA plan, good quant score, good EC activities, international experience, marquee firm.

The cons: overall GMAT below average for applicant pool (Indian Male, IT), size of relative applicant pool (IT industry is over-represented).

You can overcome the weakenesses with a well articulated story which weaves your passion for technology into your vision for strategic consulting. Be personal and take risks to differentiate yourself from the pack.

I would look at UNC Keenan Flagler, Kelley, Rice, UT Austin, Owen, Georgetown, Emory and SMU.
