Would you kindly evaluate my profile....
- GPA, major, school
3.82/4.3, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
Electrical Engineering, Bachelors degree
Currently completing my last course in Masters of Electrical engineering (part time) at Ryerson University, Toronto ON
I expect my GPA to be close to 3.80/4.3
- GMAT with breakdown
Wrote Gmat today, 590, Q44, A27
- resume highlights, including company name, job titles and promotions
Eaton Corporation July 07-Present
Project Engineer
- Lead the project from technical aspect
- Facilitate regular meetings to up the group
- Present the updates to the division president/senior management every Q.
Honeywell Aerospace July 06-July 07
Systems Engineer
- Part of the systems software team on the A380 Project
- Collaborated with H/W and testing teams to implement different solutions
- The only person who was awarded the most contributor of the "Bright Ideas" program by submitting ideas to reduce cost and energy in plant. One of the ideas saved the company $28000 annually.
Note: I was on contract at Honeywell aerospace and needed to move to a company for a perm position. Contract job provides no career progression. ----> My reason of leaving Honeywell after just one year.

- Implement process improvement solutions on the mfg equipment
- Lead an Energy project team to put together ideas to reduce energy
consumption of the plant.
- Executed 3 energy projects successfully.
- lead the annual maintenance of the plant consisting of 40 people in two cosecutive years.
Note: I left Irving because I was not tuned with pulp and paper industry. Great work experience though.

Eaton corp has a GLDP (Global Leadership Dev Program) which requires MBA and 5 Years of experience. I need MBA to qualify for this program which is aligned with my career goals.
How does my profile hold up for applying to Chicago/Dartmouth/Kellogg....?
