Alternative Transcript

I am looking to build an alternative transcript for admissions (target school Insead/Kellog). I wanted to know if taking courses through NYU SCPS certificate program is acceptable or if I would be better off taking course at Baruch. The goal is to get in one of these two top one-year programs.

IT doesn't matter so much actually. You just want to make sure you are acing every single course that you are taking, so feel free to take the course that fits you best.
