I am applying to ISB for round 1 on 15th september or before.

Qualification: Doctor (MBBS)

GMAT:640 Q44 V34
work experience: 1 year paid internship(where we are no considered a student), 1 year 6 months tutor, part-time NGO volunteer work

varied extracurricular activities involving sports, cultural and creative elements and won awards in it.

won the "best leadership award" during the 11th std even though I was not a member of the school cabinet.

planning to go into hospital administration or heading a pharmaceutical R&D program.

What are my chances of getting into ISB with my credentials?

Good sir,
If you asked me, I would suggest you wait to apply to ISB until you have retaken your GMAT. Your GMAT is far below the average and this will make things tough for you. With 50 points higher or more, it can make a HUGE difference.

Hi,

Though you are from a diverse domain - healthcare but still ISB for you will not be easy to crack.

Your GMAT score is low. Try to retake it and get a 680+ or so.

Secondly, that 1 yr internship is not considered at work experience ( to the best of our knowledge). So, we also recommend that you add 1 more year of experience and then apply.

Feel free to contact us for any queries.
